Ali Awarky, a widely acclaimed chef, grown up in the hotels, restaurants & food industry in Lebanon, he starts his career in 5 Stars hotel Le Vendome Intercontinental and French gastronomy restaurant with a Michelin Star French Chef in Beirut. He made his headlines when at age of 23 he assumed his first executive chef position at 7 Bars Restaurant in Kuwait City in 2008.
Because of his love, passion & creativity in cooking he diced to help others to develop, deliver, execute, redefine culinary experiences, passion & ability to train staff & manage high volume kitchens.
HE successfully provided concept development, culinary direction and kitchen management consulting on projects for clients with new and established operations in Saudi Arabia & Lebanon.
Extensive food knowledge and passion for the industry inspires his recipes and menus.
